Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days from date of receipt of product. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
Contact us and please send a picture of the items that are effected. This also helps us keep on top of quality control with our suppliers and will improve our service over time. We will provide refunds in the form of credit to be used on the webshop for a future purchase.
Late or missing refunds

Cancellations may be made 7 days before scheduled receipt of a subscription product. If it is within the 7 day window please try to get a friend or family to pick up your order.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
